Machining Specialist

Job Description A skilled CNC Programmer is required to develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction. Develop, write, and test CNC programs for sawjets, CNC polishers, mills, and lathes. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (preferably 2-3 years). Proficiency with Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software (Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks). Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations. Familiarity with various materials (metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel).
