Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supreme Court Lawyer specializing in Family Law, based in Delhi, India. The lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, attending court hearings, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research. The role also involves client consultations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations relevant to family law. Qualifications Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisoryStrong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlementsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to empathize with clients and understand their legal needsSound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in IndiaExperience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a legal teamBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plusMembership in the Bar Council of India
