The role involves maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including network systems and security. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring optimal network performance and reliability. The role also requires proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems to support seamless operations. Qualifications Experience in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure the optimal performance and protection of IT systemsProficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting for diagnosing and resolving technical issuesStrong Customer Service skills to provide effective support and solutions to internal teamsGood communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamRelevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are advantageousBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
