You will collaborate across teams to integrate LLMs into production systems and ensure their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.Tasks: Fine-tune and optimizeLLM and NLP models(e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for real-world applications Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems Applyprompt engineeringtechniques to improve model performance and task alignment Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics Stay current with advancements inLLM frameworksandtransformer architectures Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharingProfessional Requirements and Expertise: 9+ years of experience inLLM and NLP model development Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field Proficiency withLLM frameworks and librariessuch asHugging Face Transformers ,LangChain ,OpenAI API ,LLaMAIndex , or similar Experience withprompt engineeringand model evaluation Good to have:Proficiency inPythonorJava , experience withAI/ML pipelines , and deployment onAWS ,Azure , orGoogle Cloud PlatformPersonal Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
