Job Description:
We are seeking a seasonedProject Manager / Project Delivery Headto lead the next evolution of our Recruitment Management Software. This is aconsultant rolefor a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record inrecruitment tech or job portal platforms . You will work independently with your own team toenhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilitiesinto our existing system. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects Architect and implementAI-driven modules(e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics) Overhaul and optimize existing PHP/MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices Evaluate and integrateNoSQL solutionswhere applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch) Required Qualifications Minimum10+ yearsof hands-on experience in software development and project delivery Strong command overPHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS , and related frameworks Prior experience withrecruitment software or job portal platformsismandatory Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time Exposure toAI/ML integrationin SaaS or enterprise platforms Familiarity withNoSQL databases(MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)is a plus Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Preferred Traits Strategic thinker with a product mindset Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions Passion for innovation in HRTech and recruitment automation
