This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.Responsibilities Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Build and managePower Platform environments ,DLP policies , andALM pipelines . Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy. Develop and support mission-criticalPower Apps ,Power Automate workflows , andSharePoint solutions . Design and build impactfulPower BI dashboards and reports , including complex data modeling and troubleshooting. Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units. Use tools likeCoE Starter Kit ,PnP ,PowerShell , andGraph APIto automate administration. Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.Technical Skills 5+ years experience withSharePoint OnlineandPower Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Strong hands-on skills in: Power BI:DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization Power Apps & Automate:Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development Power Platform governance:ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing Experience with: Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API PowerShell scripting and automation SharePoint administration & permissions Excellent communication and documentation skillsBonus Skills: Experience with: ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
