You’ll work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful HR initiatives while learning how to integrate technology and strategy in real-time.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations. If you’re passionate about people, processes, and creating a great workplace culture, this is the role for you!Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Handle employee satisfaction assessment, grievance redressal, etc.Handle employee productivity management, timesheet assessment, and and leave tracking systems.Hire and orient new employeesSupport in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Handle employee communication managementManage HRMS & LMS platforms.Support performance management and feedback tracking processes.Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.Work on special HR projects as assigned.Coordinate and create engaging, tech-driven learning modules for internal teams.Support day-to-day HR functions like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.Explore, research, and report on innovative AI tools and trends in HR.Support initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and team collaboration.This role will be expected to take on more line roles also.Please note that the role is completely online. Hence, applicants must have a laptop and a stable internet connection. Please note that this role is not limited to traditional HR responsibilities. The intern will also take on responsibilities related to Organizational Performance Management (OPM).While HR focuses on people, engagement, and processes, OPM focuses on goal clarity, weekly/monthly priorities, progress tracking, alignment, motivation, and identifying bottlenecks from a performance perspective rather than a project-management perspective.
