The company is ISO certified and proudly recognized under the Startup India initiative by the Government of India, affirming its commitment to quality and innovation.ResponsibilitiesLead Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management or Workday Recruitment modules during implementations, enhancements, and support engagementsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and solutionsDesign and configure Workday Time and Absence or Recruitment business processes, work schedules, accruals, eligibility rules, and validationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT for seamless system integrationConduct functional testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and compliance requirementsDeliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholdersTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Time and Absence and Recruitment functionalityStay updated on Workday releases and recommend relevant features and improvementsQualifications- 4-6 years of Workday experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations or strong AMS support in Time and Absence/Recruitment-Highly proficient in Workday Time Tracking and Absence / Recruitment modules.-Strong understanding of global time-off policies, absence accruals, and compliance standards-Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting complex time-off plans, carryover rules, and balance calculations.-Proficient in configuring job requisitions, candidate stages, offer processes, and background check integrations within Workday Recruitment.-Experienced in managing end-to-end hiring workflows, optimizing candidate experience, and ensuring compliance with global hiring policies.-Experience in working with large-scale enterprise clients, preferably Fortune 500 companies-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants-Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
