Job Description:

About the role: We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to join our hiring panel on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring across multiple technology domains and be confident in evaluating candidates through structured technical discussions and assessments. You will work closely with our internal team and technical interviewers to help identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for our clients and internal requirements. Skillsets you will recruit for: You should have strong exposure to hiring in one or more of the following areas: Full Stack Development (FSD) Data Engineering AI / Machine Learning (AI/ML) DevOps & Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP) Frontend Development (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) Backend Development (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, etc.) Additional Hiring Exposure (preferred): Data Science, Big Data, and Analytics roles Cybersecurity and Network Engineering QA / Automation Testing ERP & CRM (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) Product and Solution Architecture roles Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end technical recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Conduct initial technical screening discussions to assess candidate fit. Collaborate with technical interviewers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche technology positions. Leverage job portals, , referrals, and networking for proactive candidate sourcing. Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and candidate reports. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Who can apply: HR / Talent Acquisition professionals with 3–6 years of technical hiring experience. Proven experience in recruiting for roles across software development, data, cloud, and DevOps domains. Prior experience in hiring for the Canadian market is a must. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of technical job descriptions, hiring trends, and industry terminology. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Required Experience Level: 3 – 6 years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time
