The ideal candidate will be responsible for: End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, with strong expertise in the US IT market and TCS. Building strong pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Collaborating closely with account managers and clients to deliver quality candidates. Managing job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures. Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports for client updates. Required skills and qualifications include: 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (MUST). Strong familiarity with hiring for TCS implementation. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fully remote work environment. A stable internet connection and laptop ownership are required for this role.
