Talent Acquisition Manager Position About the Role: This is a talent acquisition manager position that involves managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. The role requires collaboration with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and translate those into a positive candidate and interviewer experience. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting process Create diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and requirements Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed Develop processes to scale recruitment efforts Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in product orgs or high-growth tech environments MBA or postgraduate degree Experience working with sales teams and hiring for sales roles, including strategic, presales, business development, business strategy, and marketing roles Coaching experience with hiring managers and developing strategic recruiting plans Passion and understanding of technology and digital concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Research experience and proven track record of delivering against goals within given deadlines Talent sourcing experience across geographies Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Bonus Points: Experience with digital concepts and passion for technology are highly desirable in this role.
