We are looking for aGTM Leadto own bothrevenue growthandmarket positioningfor our tech staffing business. This is a hybrid role—equal partssales leaderandstrategic thinker —ideal for someone who wants to build GTM from scratch and scale it globally.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth Own revenue targets for the staffing vertical. Build and manage a predictable pipeline of global clients (startups, scaleups, enterprises). Negotiate and close high-value staffing deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention. 2. GTM Strategy & Positioning Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for Sunday Labs’ staffing solutions. Create differentiated messaging, narratives, and sales collateral. Develop scalable playbooks for outbound and inbound growth. 3. Ecosystem & Partnerships Build partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startup ecosystems to drive referrals. Represent Sunday Labs at industry events, communities, and thought-leadership forums. Position Sunday Labs as the go-to partner for building world-class engineering teams. 4. Demand Generation & Marketing Enablement Collaborate with marketing to run demand-gen campaigns, case studies, and content. Track brand visibility metrics like inbound leads, referrals, and ecosystem mentions. Enable sales/BD teams with narratives, decks, and client-facing material. 5. Leadership & Growth Work directly with founders on pricing, contracts, and market expansion. Mentor and enable junior sales/BD hires. Use market feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategy.What We’re Looking For7–12 years of experience insales, business development, or GTM leadership(staffing, HR tech, SaaS preferred). Proven success inclosing high-value B2B dealsandowning revenue quotas . Strong understanding oftech hiring landscape(India + global). Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability tobalance execution with long-term strategy .Nice to HaveExperience withinternational staffing or remote-first hiring models . Network withinstartup ecosystems, VCs, or global product companies . Prior exposure toearly-stage or scaling company GTM .What We OfferCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
