Senior Healthcare Research Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional with 5+ years of experience in healthcare research, policy analysis, or pharmaceutical consulting. The successful candidate will have expertise in interpreting clinical data, modeling health economics, and evaluating global health trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing clinical trials, cost-effectiveness (CEA/ROI), and regulatory frameworks. They will also apply DALY/QALY models to assess public health interventions and policy impact, track chronic disease trends and digital health adoption, and leverage statistical tools and research databases for evidence-based insights. Required Skills & Qualifications Hold a degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Biostatistics, or Medicine. Have 5+ years of experience in healthcare research, policy, or life sciences consulting. Be proficient with statistical software, epidemiological models, and peer-reviewed data sources. Be familiar with WHO, EPI, and global health metrics (DALY/QALY). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement analytical models to evaluate the effectiveness of public health interventions. Conduct literature reviews and analyze existing data to inform policy decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies.
