AI Automation and Systems Architect

Grow Your Staff is looking for an AI Automation and Systems Architect for a UK- based financial advisory firm. The position is a full-time remote opportunity. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the leadership team to design and build an internal operating system. Experience Required: 4-6 years CTC: 35 LPA - 60 LPA Location: Remote Time: 1 PM - 10:00 PM IST (Monday - Friday) Type of Employment: Full-time Responsibilities: - Implement and extend data models and database schemas under architectural direction - Build and maintain structured databases using Postgres, Supabase, and vector databases - Develop and support document ingestion and parsing pipelines for financial materials - Implement and optimize LLM workflows with structured prompts and validation logic - Optimize RAG pipelines to handle financial documentation and structured data use cases - Build automation workflows to ingest and structure intelligence data - Develop production-level material generation systems, including teasers, credit memos, and presentation materials, while maintaining brand consistency - Implement logging, validation checks, and error handling mechanisms across AI pipelines - Test, benchmark, and refine AI model integrations and automation workflows Requirements - Python - LLM APIs - Prompt engineering - RAG architectures - Vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector) - Postgres/ Supabase - Automation frameworks (Make, n8n) Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Proven 4–6 years of experience as an AI Automation Engineer, System Architect. - Strong system design mindset with the ability to architect scalable, long-term infrastructure - Comfort working with financial documents and structured financial datasets - Experience building production-grade AI systems beyond prototypes - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills
