The Robotics Engineer will work across hardware and software domains to build intelligent robotic systems and ensure successful integration into real-world environments. This role involves close collaboration with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions that meet business and user needs.Design and build robotic systems and components, including manipulators, mobile platforms, actuators, and sensors. Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems into complete robotic platforms. Develop and implement algorithms for motion planning, control, and autonomous navigation. Write software for robotic control using languages such as Python, C++, or ROS (Robot Operating System). Conduct prototype testing, calibration, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure reliability and precision. Work with sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, encoders, and force/torque sensors for real-time perception and decision-making. Use tools such as Gazebo, MATLAB/Simulink, or SolidWorks to simulate robotic systems before deployment. Create detailed technical documentation including schematics, code comments, user manuals, and compliance reports. Analyze robotic performance and suggest hardware or software improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and usability.
