Position: Nokia Integration Engineer (TMO) Location: Remote (India)Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Nokia Integration Engineer with strong expertise in T-Mobile (TMO) network projects to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Nokia RAN and transport equipment. The role involves end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per TMO standards.Job Responsibilities: Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of Nokia RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for T-Mobile projects. Work on Nokia AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration. Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per TMO guidelines. Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration. Coordinate with T-Mobile NOC, field engineers, and project managers to ensure successful site acceptance. Work on health checks, and validation for network elements. Perform integration via Nokia OSS/NetAct/ENM and verify alarms, parameters, and connectivity. Provide L2/L3 support for complex integration and post-launch issues. Maintain integration logs, prepare MOPs (Method of Procedure), and ensure documentation as per TMO standards. Ensure compliance with T-Mobile processes, SLAs, and quality standards.Required Skills & Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in Nokia RAN integration (LTE/5G), preferably on T-Mobile (TMO) network projects. Hands-on experience with Nokia AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration. Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs. Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation. Familiarity with NetAct/ENM, Nokia OSS tools, and TMO tools. Knowledge of IP planning, transport integration, and alarms troubleshooting. Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution. Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to work in shifts, nights, and weekends as required by project.
