We're hiring — Product ManagerPioVation is a German deep-tech company building the only holistic AI operating system in Europe — PioSphere COS. We work on the kind of technology that matters: sovereign cloud infrastructure, digital workforce platforms, and patented AI operating systems that run on-premise, air-gapped, and at national scale. No hype. Real engineering.We are looking for a Product Manager who owns PioSphere COS end-to-end — product vision, engineering execution, roadmap, and team. This is not a coordination role. You will be the single accountable person between what we build and what the market needs.What you will ownYou are Product Owner, R&D Manager, and Program Manager in one role. That means you define what gets built, you lead the team that builds it, and you make sure it ships on time and at quality. Specifically:You define and maintain the PioSphere COS product roadmap, in alignment with CEO and CTO, but with full ownership of prioritisation and delivery. You run the engineering team: sprint planning, technical backlog, architecture reviews, and cross-functional dependencies. You translate customer and partner requirements, from CSPs, System Integrators, enterprises and universities, into precise engineering specifications. You track delivery, manage risks proactively, and report status without being asked.What you bringFive or more years of experience in a product or engineering leadership role, ideally in infrastructure software, cloud platforms, or operating systems. You have shipped production-grade software at scale, you know what it means to own a product that a customer depends on. Strong technical foundation: you can read code, understand architecture trade-offs, and challenge engineering decisions with substance. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones. Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.Bonus: experience with GoLang, Kubernetes, LLM infrastructure, or distributed systems. Experience in a German or European tech company is a plus but not required.What you getA role where you genuinely own something that matters, not a feature, a product.
