The Associate will be responsible for working on diverse legal matters, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing advisory support. The role also involves representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, engaging in negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Collaboration with the legal team and interacting with clients are integral to this position.QualificationsA degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatoryPost Qualification Experience of 2+ years Other RequirementsProficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting legal opinionsHands-on experience with Litigation, Arbitration, and handling cases under various legal statutesFamiliarity with regulatory compliance and the ability to provide strategic business law advisoryStrong communication and negotiation skills for client interaction and representationEffective collaboration and the ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a corporate or a law firm is a plusExcellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detailCandidates based in Mumbai will be preferred
