Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent requirements and recruitment strategies. Develop content for social media campaigns related to employer branding. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university. Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
