Automated Testing Specialist

Test Engineer Position We are looking for a skilled test engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering automated tests in core technologies and creating test documentation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of commercial experience with manual and automation testing, as well as 3 years of experience in test automation. They will also have experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright. Key Responsibilities: Deliver automated tests in core technologies Create test documentation Define test scope for the tested area and identify risk Define and improve QA processes Provide support to other team members Lead and input into technical discussions Requirements: Minimum 6 years of commercial experience with manual and automation testing Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation Experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright Good knowledge of at least one JavaScript programming language Excellent understanding of testing techniques and strong experience with manual testing Some experience in non-functional testing Knowledge of good practices in testing and ability to apply them Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people Experience in API testing using Postman Ability to mentor and guide more junior testers Hands-on experience with databases/advanced Excel is a big plus Experience working with large datasets or large customer base is a big plus Root cause analysis Test reporting Knowledge of CI/CD setup, SQL databases, monitoring services, test design, programming languages, test planning, and QA strategy Knowledge of Python, Java is an added advantage What We Offer: Remote-first culture with flexible working hours Open culture and flat hierarchy Sabbatical leaves - 4 weeks' paid leave for every 3 years of continuous service Funded learning, career development, and promotional opportunities Team meetups/get-togethers and longer trips away Medical Insurance Yearly Health Checkups Referral Rewards
