We are constantly innovating to improve the student experience, and leveraging cutting-edge AI is a key part of our strategy.About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Generative AI Developer for a 3-6 month contract. The core of this project is to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions using the Langchain framework to significantly enhance our customer (student) support capabilities on the Zendesk platform. You will play a key role in bringing intelligent automation to our support workflows, directly impacting the experience of students globally.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using the Langchain framework. Integrate these AI solutions seamlessly with our Zendesk ecosystem via Zendesk APIs. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to provide accurate, context-aware responses from our knowledge bases. Develop and implement autonomous AI agents to handle tasks like ticket summarization, automated categorization, and intelligent response suggestions. Collaborate with our support and product teams to understand student needs and refine the AI solutions.Must-Have Skills & Experience: Experience:1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI or a relevant software development role. Langchain:Proven, hands-on project experience building applications with the Langchain framework. Zendesk Integration:Demonstrable experience working with and integrating Zendesk APIs. RAG:Solid understanding and practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. AI Agents:Experience in designing and building AI agents using Langchain and MCP/ similar frameworks. Programming:Strong proficiency in Python/Go.Good to Have: Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS). Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS). Prior experience in a SaaS or customer support-focused environment.
