Senior Product Analyst (Workday HCM)Location: India (Fully Remote).Position Description:Seeking a Senior Product Analyst (Workday HCM) within our Business Solutions Team. Working closely with the leaders of People Technology, you will be a key member of the Workday project team focused on delivering an exceptional end-user experience. You will also work across departments and geographies, interacting with our partners in People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and international offices. If you are passionate about problem-solving and driving transformation through automation, then we are looking for you!Job Duties and Responsibilities :Help our team ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features/functionality.Lead all phases of the Workday configuration lifecycle, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, supporting testing, and driving adoption.Perform the following on an engagement: understand business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of testing systems, assist the business in testing the Workday solutionBe comfortable and confident with gathering configuration requirements and problem- solving with business stakeholdersProvide subject matter expertise of Workday Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking and PayrollConfiguration and Maintenance of Workday Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking and PayrollProvide knowledge of current Core HR business processes and systems and identify configuration, data, and system requirements to support future state business processes to the team, as well as the BusinessAssist with broadening internal knowledge of Workday configuration through hands on training to cross-functional teamsProvide a proactive interface between business partner groups and the Workday team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementationsBuild reports to support both domestically and internationally for various areas of the Workday productAbility to problem solve and propose multiple solutions for business requirements within WorkdayManage Workday upgrades and implement new and revised functionality within Workday.Foster a collaborative team environment. This includes supporting other team members and improving our tools/processes to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning.Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Report as as Service (RaaS)Strong functional ownership across:Core HCMAbsenceTime TrackingPayroll (PAT)Focus on workforce operations and payroll accuracyStrong understanding of the time-to-pay lifecycleAbility to manage:ReportingFunctional integrationsProcess optimization across Time, Absence, PayrollComfortable supporting operational and steady-state functionsCandidates must be hands-on configurators , not developers/integration-heavyIdeal profile: Functional SME who can own configuration, run cycles, and partner with HR/businessPrimary time zone for India roles: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM IST, plus on-call support around 9–10 PM ISTRequired Skills: 9+ years Workday overall HCM experience4+ years’ experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll .Be proficient in Workday HCM and have a working knowledge of:, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report WriterHands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.Preferred Skills :Experience with other Workday areas such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management a plusWorkday Integrations experienceEIBs a plus
