Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager – Compensation & Benefits with strong experience in US compensation programs, salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategy. The role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing compensation structures while ensuring compliance with US labor laws and market competitiveness.Key Responsibilities:Lead salary benchmarking and market pricing using Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, etc.Design and manage US compensation structures, salary bands, incentives, and bonus programsDrive annual merit cycles, promotions, and pay revisionsManage total rewards strategy including benefits, wellness, and equity programsPartner with HRBPs and leadership on compensation planning and workforce strategyEnsure compliance with US wage & hour laws, FLSA, and pay equity regulationsSupport audits, governance, and internal compensation reviewsPrepare compensation dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations
