You'll be responsible for ensuring product quality as we scale toward enterprise customers and SOC 2 compliance. This role blends hands-on testing with building robust automation frameworks.What You'll DoDesign and execute manual test cases for new features and regression testingBuild and maintain automated test suites using PlaywrightIdentify, document, and track bugs through resolutionCollaborate with developers to understand features and define test coverageContribute to CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integrationParticipate in sprint planning and provide QA estimatesHelp establish QA processes and best practices as the team growsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of experience in software QA, with strong automation experienceProficiency in Playwright for end-to-end testingStrong JavaScript/TypeScript skillsExperience with both manual testing and test automationFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and integrating tests into pipelinesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with developersNice to HaveExperience with API testingBackground in B2B SaaS or enterprise softwareFamiliarity with performance or security testingExperience in a startup or fast-paced environment
