Senior AR Analyst

Headquartered in USA, with branches in Chennai, Vellore, and Villupuram.Role Description:We are seeking an experienced RCM Executive / AR Caller to manage the full revenue cycle management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all stages of the billing cycle—from patient registration to denial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections. The role requires the ability to effectively manage billing processes and work with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications:- Patient intake, eligibility verification, and charge entry - Claims submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up - Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure that authorizations are obtained before service delivery. - Accurately process claims via Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. - Post EOBs/ERAs and reconcile payments with daily deposits. - Perform AR calling to follow up on pending or denied claims, taking corrective actions to resolve discrepancies. - Identify and correct denials, rejections, and underpayments to ensure maximum reimbursement. - Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly preferred - enerate and analyze aging and productivity reports to support decision-making. - Ensure all billing processes comply with HIPAA and payer regulations. - Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, coding, and billing corrections.Required Skills:- Expertise in End-to-End RCM (Charge Entry → Payment Posting → Denial Management) - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets - Familiarity with medical billing software and tools is a plus - Previous experience in a medical billing or RCM role is highly preferred.Location: : Near VIT, Katpadi, VelloreShift: Night Shift (Only)Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthExperience:Medical Billing: 3 - 6 years (Preferred)Benefits:- Health Insurance - Provident Fund
