We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more.About the Role We are seeking a Growth Manager – Meta with proven experience in SaaS or Fintech, driving growth through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on SMB customer acquisition. This role is highly analytical, fast-paced, and results-driven - perfect for someone who thrives on scaling campaigns with precision and creativity.Key Responsibilities · Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (including Conversion, Retargeting, and Lookalike audiences). · Develop a weekly testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, funnels). · Monitor and optimize daily budget pacing and maintain CPA targets. · Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking for CPM, CTR, creatives, and targeting approaches. · Collaborate with Content & Design teams to create compelling ad creatives aligned with SMB messaging. · Ensure landing pages and funnels are aligned with campaign intent (with Funnel/UX teams).Requirements · 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale. · Proven track record running SMB-focused campaigns in Fintech or SaaS. · Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Conversion API, Pixel tracking, and attribution models. · Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and BI tools. · Familiarity with creative testing, funnel analysis, and remarketing strategies. · Excellent collaboration skills with growth, content, and design teams.Preferred Qualifications · Experience in multi-channel growth marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). · Knowledge of marketing automation, CRO, and lifecycle funnels. · Ability to manage external agencies or contractors when required.**Why Join Us:**- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and modern development practices. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Career growth and professional development opportunities.
