Position:Proposal Writer Experience:3–7 YearsAbout the Role We are seeking a highly skilledSolution-Based Proposal Writerwho can collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Teams to develop persuasive, client-centric proposals. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an ability to understand complex IT/Business solutions, and experience in responding toRFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs .Key Responsibilities Work with Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs toanalyze client requirementsand craft customized solution-oriented proposals. Develop high-quality,client-tailored responsesfor RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, SOWs, and capability statements. Translatetechnical solutions into clear, value-driven business language . Structure proposals to highlightvalue proposition, differentiators, and ROI . Maintain and update aproposal content repositoryfor faster turnaround. Ensure proposals arecompliant, compelling, and deadline-driven . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Operations, Finance) for inputs on pricing, solution feasibility, and timelines. Createexecutive summaries, case studies, and success storiesto strengthen proposals. Adhere tobranding guidelines, style consistency, and quality standards .Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inEnglish, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field . 3–7 years of experience inproposal writing, bid management, or presales documentation . Strong knowledge ofIT services, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation solutions . Excellentwritten communication, storytelling, and structuring skills . Ability tosimplify technical contentinto client-focused messaging. Proficiency inMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ; familiarity withproposal automation toolsis a plus. Strong organizational skills with ability to managetight deadlines . Detail-oriented with a knack forquality, accuracy, and compliance .Good to Have APMP Certification or similar inProposal Management . Experience inUS/Global IT Services market .
