The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help inform business decisions. Daily tasks include creating reports, data modeling, data validation, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the Data Analyst will communicate insights and trends to stakeholders, and collaborate with various teams to optimize data workflows and strategies.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling Excellent Communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of data analysis tools and software Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
