The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and retain high-value accounts. The role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to foster long-term partnerships.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand clients’ financial goals, business operations, and challenges to provide customized solutions. Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the client. Promote and cross-sell relevant products or services to meet client needs. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development strategies. Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product, credit, operations) to deliver seamless client service.
