We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research cum Business Development Associate to support our sales and business development teams. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and building comprehensive prospecting databases to drive strategic growth across global markets.Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depthprimary and secondary market researchto identify trends, opportunities, and key players in target industries. • Build and maintainaccurate prospecting listsand databases from scratch for software products and services companies. • Extract credible and relevant information from various sources and organize it into structured spreadsheets. • Support business development initiatives throughemail campaigns, webinars , and other outreach activities. • Independently identify and validatereliable data sourcesfor research and lead generation. • Stay updated on industry developments and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. • Collaborate with sales and BD teams to align research efforts with business goals.Qualifications & Skills: • 1–3 years of experiencein market research, lead generation, or business development. • Proven ability to manage tasks effectively within defined scopes and timelines. • Strongwritten and verbal communication skillsin English. • Proficient inMS Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with tools such asLinkedIn, ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, Skrapp.io, Seamless.ai, Web Search techniques using Googleetc. • Ability to find and analyze accurate information from online sources. • Graduate or Postgraduate
