Provide strategic guidance and direction on the development of AI-assisted projects, from concept to delivery. Develop and refine creative solutions using GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3. Lead the creation of high-quality assets, including images, videos, and interactive content, utilizing Pencil and other approved AI platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of art direction or senior creative experience in advertising, design, or related fields. Proven track record of creating engaging, AI-assisted projects that drive results. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and GenAI tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
