Accounting Manager

Job Title: US Accountant Location: Remote Work Hours: US Business Hours(flexible) About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled US Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks and a deep understanding of US accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for US-based clients or companies. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks (Desktop & Online). Handle general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US accounting standards. Support in tax preparation, year-end closing, and audit requirements. Ensure accuracy in journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines. Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 4 years of proven experience in US accounting. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online & Desktop). In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, and compliance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with US clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
