Accounting Manager ">We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to lead our day-to-day operations. Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate journal entries and timely reconciliations. Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting with precision. Prepare comprehensive financial statements in compliance with US accounting standards, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of accounting policies and deadlines. Maintain meticulous documentation and records for all financial transactions, adhering to regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 4 years of proven experience in US accounting, with a strong track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Expertise in QuickBooks, including proficiency in Online and Desktop versions. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, and compliance processes, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
