Role OverviewYou will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving referrals, expanding market reach, and contributing directly to business growth in the diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Business Development & Relationship Management- Build and manage strong relationships with Doctors, Community Labs, Hospitals, and Corporate Healthcare Providers - Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement - Understand clinical and business needs and present tailored diagnostic solutions2️⃣ Strategic Planning & Sales Growth- Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies - Plan and manage monthly & annual sales budgets to meet targets - Identify new catchment areas and high-potential zones for expansion3️⃣ Lead Generation & Negotiation- Drive lead generation through field activities and partnerships - Negotiate commercial agreements with clinics, labs, and corporate clients4️⃣ Marketing Activities & Campaign Execution- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and patient-awareness initiatives - Coordinate internal teams for service launches, seasonal offers, and branding activities5️⃣ Market Intelligence & Performance Review- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics - Analyze sales performance and present actionable insights to managementRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation- Graduate or equivalent - Certifications in Healthcare / Marketing / Sales are a plusExperience- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics marketing, or related fields - Confident freshers with strong communication and field orientation may also applyCommunication- Strong command over English, Hindi, and regional languagesInterpersonal Skills- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilitiesProfessional Traits- Target-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable working under pressureWhat Makes This Role Unique- Exposure to advanced diagnostics infrastructure: PET CT, MRI, CT, Molecular Pathology - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing healthcare setup serving 5,000+ patients/month and trusted by 100+ doctors - Direct collaboration with senior leadership and medical teams
