This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team, collaborating to lead a team to work in our End User Services team to provide exceptional support to our back office & retail colleagues in multiple locations We operate a remote first support model, and as such you will be working with colleagues from all parts of the company.The Gig: As a QA Engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will: Design & implement tests plans & test cases Identify and track bugs and defects Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved Create comprehensive structures test plans and test cases Design & develop and use test automation scripts Track QA metricsThe stuff that sets you apart: Must-Have Experience: 2-4+ years working in a QA engineering role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes & systems Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process Detailed problem-solving skills Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle Develop automated and manual tests cases and scenarios, which provide sufficient coverage to validate new and existing functionality. Execute automated and manual tests and support the execution of tests throughout the development life cycle. Update the team on the progress of testing and QA activities, and challenges. Raise and follow up on issues when expected does not match actual result. Contribute towards the preparation of test data.Technical Skills: Experience of test automation, including test script generation in C#. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance (and Operations) Experience of writing test automation for mobile devices. Experience in selenium. Knowledge of browser stack Experience of deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins Proficient with test management systems such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr Scale etc Experience of testing without UI, using test drivers, simulators, harnesses, and API tools like Swagger UI, Postman and SoapUI. Experience in working with browser stack Experience with performance testing as well as quality testing Expertise in developing & maintaining automated test scriptsDesirable Skills / Experience: Experience of running SQL queries on databases, to validate test outcomes. Exposure to any Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience of supply chain planning using tools like Blue Yonder. Experience of end-to-end supply chain management Experience of testing ecommerce on SAP Commerce Cloud Experience of testing any point of sales systems (POS), such as Microsoft Store Commerce. Experience of solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services Ability to operate with relative independence in a fast-paced work environment. Experience of Analytics and Power BISoft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
