Engineering Manager

Role Purpose:We are looking for proactive engineering managers with 10+ years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills. Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.The responsibilities we entrust youDesigns, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel Should have experience working in fintech industry. Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes. Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste. Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investmentsWhar matters in this role:Experience & Portfolio:Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes Personnel and project management skills, Strategic Management. Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneouslyTechnical skills & efficiency:10+ years of experience & minimum 2 years as Engineering Manager Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Desing, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholdersCommunication & Ownership:Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Able to work both independently and as part of a teamLocation: Sector 62, NoidaThings you should be comfortable with:Working from office : 5 days a week Pushing the boundaries:Have a big idea?
