100% Remote (India) | Engineering Manager | Fintech SaaS FirmAbout the Role We’re seeking an Engineering Manager who blends leadership with hands-on engineering to solve complex, high-impact problems. You’ll lead a team of backend and frontend engineers building integrations that connect modern cloud APIs with legacy banking systems - powering the full customer journey for financial institutions. In this role, you’ll code, review, design architectures, and mentor engineers while shaping systems that touch everything from communication stacks to core banking, lending, payments, and AI platforms. We take anAI-augmented approachto development, using AI tools to write better code, automate testing, and ship faster without compromising quality.What You’ll Do Lead by example: stay hands-on with coding, design, and code reviews. Architect and scale integrations between modern APIs and legacy systems. Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer teams to solve real-world challenges. Maintain high standards for reliability, performance, and observability. Leverage AI tools to boost engineering productivity. Raise the bar on architecture, testing, CI/CD, security, and code quality. Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in software development, including 2+ years in leadership. Strong skills inGolang (It's a must) , plus React/JavaScript; Python a plus. Experience in microservices, asynchronous systems, CI/CD, and scalable architectures. Proven record in fintech or enterprise SaaS (product-based preferred). Familiarity with AI/GenAI dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf).
