The ideal candidate will create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment that supports young learners’ emotional, social, and academic growth.Key Responsibilities Act as amotherly guidefor children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the pre-primary curriculum. Foster development in language, motor, cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and care. Observe and assess each child’s progress and share feedback with parents. Encourage good habits, manners, hygiene, and values among students. Organize storytelling, rhymes, games, art & craft, and play-based learning activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness and learning materials. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for events and activities.Eligibility & Qualifications NTT / D.El.Ed / Diploma in Early Childhood Education(mandatory). Graduate (preferred). Minimum1–3 years of experienceas a Mother Teacher / NTT (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
