This role involves end-to-end project management, from pre-sales support and scoping through execution, reporting, and closure. The Project Manager will ensure high-quality deliverables, effective stakeholder communication, and strong client relationships, while monitoring project performance, mitigating risks, and driving operational excellence.Role MissionClaranet’s strategy is to build long-term, trusted relationships with its customers by delivering market-leading, integrated managed services. We are seeking a leader to build and to own the existing and future market-leading multi-solutions portfolio that Claranet offers to customers that enables cross and up sell.Objectives & Key ResultsThe Project Manager is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team and represents a key link between clients, consultants, and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of information security projects with high client satisfaction.The Key Objectives Will Be To:Deliver high-quality projects on time and within scopeEnhance client satisfactionOptimise resource utilisation and efficiencyMitigate risks and resolve escalationsFoster continuous improvement and collaborationCompany Benefits:Group medical insurance (including parents' coverage), group term life policy, and personal accidental policyTax Saving flexible benefitsFlexible working hoursStatutory Benefits (PF, Gratuity)Essential Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccountable for project planning, execution, client experience, and ensuring delivery aligns with NotSoSecure’s quality standardsThe candidate should have a good understanding of the Information security service (penetration testing) deliverables and penetration testing project lifecycleProvide pre-sales support by assisting in scoping, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and preparing SoWs for potential projectsProvide end-to-end project management support, covering resource allocation, repository setup, information gathering, client communication, consultant coordination, execution, and closure.Lead and facilitate project meetings, driving agendas and outcomes (demo, kick-off, debrief calls, etc)Monitor and track project metrics, including hours, expenses, and resource utilisationIdentify potential risks at an early stage and develop mitigation plansResolve conflicts, blockers, and escalations efficientlyMaintain and update project management tools with progress at each stageEnsure timely delivery of project outputs such as reports, attestation letters, and other deliverablesConduct quality checks and editorial reviews of client-facing deliverablesShare the required project closure data with the operations team to invoice for the deliverablesCollect client feedback on project performance to identify improvement areasSupport client relationship management initiativesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality engagementsEffectively work with cross-cultural teams and stakeholdersParticipate in monthly BU review meetingsContribute to knowledge sharing and best practice initiativesGenerate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports for managementPosition Specifications3+ years of experience in project coordination/ project management in a consulting environmentUnderstanding of project management conceptsExperience supporting security projectsInformation security knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal English language skillsDemonstrated skills in time management, project scheduling, multitasking, managing expectations, and client communicationsExperience with Project Management tools (preferred but not mandatory) Project Management Certifications, such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, are desired but not mandatory Sound team worker, relationship builder Use of MS Office applications and emailAbility to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal
