We combine technology with placement strategy to help candidates reach the right opportunities at scale.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Intern to support our AI-powered recruitment processes. You will work closely with the team to apply to job openings, optimize resumes using AI, and manage application workflows efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn about startup operations and AI-driven recruitment technology.Responsibilities:Use our proprietary AI optimizer to enhance and tailor resumes for candidates.Apply manually to 1000+ job openings across multiple job boards and company websites.Track and manage application statuses, ensuring timely follow-ups.Collaborate with the team to improve operational workflows and internal tools.Handle repetitive tasks with precision while maintaining attention to detail.Technical Skills and Requirements:Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly.Basic knowledge of popular job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.Reliable internet connection and commitment to 40 hours per week.Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn in a startup environment.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflow optimizations.Interest in operations, recruitment tech, and process automation.Educational Requirements:Ccompleted a degree in any field.Equivalent hands-on experience in operations, recruitment, or administrative workflows is a plus.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment technology.Exposure to startup operations and growth strategies.Letter of recommendation and potential for full-time employment.Flexible remote work setup.Perks:Internship extension or PPO based on performance.
