Job Description & Summary:Senior Asssociate_II Full Stack Developer + Power BI_II _IFS_II PAN India As Support Technician, you provide first-line technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to the application platform. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfactionResponsibilities:Handling initial user inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues.Diagnosing and fixing problems within both the .NET backend (C#, , etc.) and the Angular frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Respond to and manage support tickets and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.Resolving issues such as login problems, password resets, and simple data recovery.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the app platform, providing solutions and workarounds.Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.Document issues and resolutions, maintaining an accurate log of activities for reference.Maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutionsAssist in testing new features and updates to the platform to ensure quality and performance.Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs.Monitor App performance and report any issues.Mandatory skill sets:Handling initial user inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues.Power BI (Must Have)Diagnosing and fixing problems within both the .NET backend (C#, , etc.) and the Angular frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Respond to and manage support tickets and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.Resolving issues such as login problems, password resets, and simple data recovery.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the app platform, providing solutions and workarounds.Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.Document issues and resolutions, maintaining an accurate log of activities for reference.Maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutionsAssist in testing new features and updates to the platform to ensure quality and performance.Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs.Monitor App performance and report any issues.Preferred skill sets:NET SQL ServerYears of experience required: 5+ yrsLocation- PAN IndiaEducation qualification:Btech
