FHLMC, knowledge of GNMA and investor guidelines is an additional benefitShould have good analytical and problem-solving skillsShould have decision-making skill when applying in business judgmentEvaluate complete loan documents and should provide approval or denial decisionComplete review of credit report to verify trade lines, derogatory accounts, public records and credit reconciliationThorough income calculation Salaried income, business income, retired other income and rental incomeComplete review of Collateral and property valuationAssets verification include borrowers bank account statement, retirement accounts, mutual funds and other investments.Credit analysis based on borrowers IncomeValidating and processing the Loan documents on behalf a Mortgage lender organization.Evaluating evidence of borrowers willingness and ability to repay the obligationGood communication, Presentation skills, Self-motivated and hard workingCriteria:Minimum 3 years of Loss mitigation in US Mortgage.Sound knowledge of Income documentsExposure of loss mitigation process & guidelines.Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and sound judgment.
