Job Description:
Project Coordinator Own bothproduct directionandday-to-day deliveryfor a remote team building web (React.js), mobile (Flutter), and back-end (Node.js / Firebase) solutions. You will: Maintain the product backlog, write user stories, and set priorities. Build and track project schedules (Agile boards or Waterfall Gantt—whichever fits). Drive releases to web, App Store, and Google Play on time. Run and documentweekly stakeholder meetingsand daily stand-ups. Key Responsibilities Backlog & Requirements • Gather requirements from founder. • Break features into epics / user stories with acceptance criteria. • Groom and reprioritise the backlog inNotion . Planning & Scheduling • Create sprint boards or Gantt timelines in Notion. • Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path. Meeting Management •Schedule, host, and documentweekly planning/review meetings and daily stand-ups. • Distribute concise action items and follow-ups. Release Management • Compile release notes, verify QA sign-off, coordinate App Store & Play Store submissions, and oversee web deploys. Risk & Reporting • Surface schedule/scope risks early and propose mitigation. • Deliver concise weekly status reports (scope, timeline, budget). Continuous Improvement Facilitate retrospectives and refine workflows; keep documentation, change logs, and test plans current in Notion.Required Skills & Experience 3+ yearsmanaging software projects withboth Agile and Waterfallmethods. Expert withNotionfor task boards, docs, timelines, and release checklists. Proven backlog-grooming and user-story writing experience. Familiar with mobile & web pipelines (Flutter, React, iOS/Android store releases). Comfortable reading Git tickets and API specs (no coding required). Fluent English —able to run meetings, write clear minutes, and communicate with international stakeholders. Strong organisational habits, proactive follow-up, and clear risk escalation.
