About Bamboo DigitalBamboo Digital is a full-stack growth partner helping eCommerce brands scale through performance, creative, and technology.We work across multiple fast-growing brands, producing high-performing creative across ads, websites, and CRM — with a strong focus on speed, testing, and results.The RoleWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, conversion-focused content across web, ads, and CRM.This is not just a design role — you’ll be part of a fast-paced creative team producing content at scale, using both Adobe tools and AI platforms to deliver static and video assets.You should be comfortable turning ideas into polished creative quickly, while understanding what performs in a digital marketing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platformsCreate website assets (banners, product visuals, landing page sections)Produce CRM content (email graphics, promotional visuals, flows)Develop both static and video content (short-form, motion, simple edits)Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale creative outputCollaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creative with campaignsIterate and improve designs based on performance feedbackRequirementsProven experience as a Graphic Designer in eCommerce or digital marketingStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro or similar)Experience using AI tools for content creation Ability to create both static and video-based contentStrong understanding of what works in paid social and digital adsGood attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing qualityComfortable working remotely with a UK-based team (UK hours required)Nice to HaveExperience in DTC brands (beauty/fragrance a bonus)Familiarity with UGC-style content and TikTok trendsBasic motion graphics or animation skillsExperience designing for landing pages or CRO-focused assetsWorking SetupRemote role (India-based)Must be available during UK working hoursOngoing, long-term opportunity
