Not even close.Role: Product DesignerLocation: RemoteRole Overview:We are hiring a Product Designer to own the design of Joveo's product experiences end-to-end — from early user research and problem framing through to polished, production-ready UI. You will be a full-cycle designer who thinks in systems and ships work that is both beautiful and deeply functional.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end design for product features — discovery, wireframing, and final UI- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions- Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts quickly- Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle- Contribute to and evolve the product design system- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructivelyRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong portfolio showing full design process from research to shipped product- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools- Experience working as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team- Balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution- Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects- Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support smooth engineering handoffEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
