We’re looking for someone who thrives at theintersection of AI, design, and global scale —someone who’s excited toshape Agentic AI platformsand makecomplex AI magic feel simple, human, and delightful .Key Responsibilities Design next-gen AI experiences– Go beyond traditional UI/UX; craft intuitive agentic interfaces where users collaborate with AI in real time to build and launch ad campaigns. Lead end-to-end product design– From deep research and rapid ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UIs for web and mobile platforms. Integrate AI-first design principles– Balance automation with user trust and control. Create transparent, explainable interactions that build confidence in AI-driven decisions. Collaborate deeply with AI teams– Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and AI/ML experts to transformLLMs, autonomous agents, and generative AI modelsinto accessible workflows. Push the boundaries of prototyping– Use modern tools (Figma, Replit, Bolt, Lovable) and AI-driven builders toprototype at lightning speedand test ideas that can scale globally. Shape a design system for AI-first platform– Build and maintain reusable design frameworks that support rapid product evolution and global adoption. Champion user research & usability testing– Understand how global users engage with AI platforms, and design flows that work across different cultures, languages, and ad markets. Stay ahead of the curve– Be Zocket’s in-house radar for new AI/GenAI tools, UX breakthroughs, and design patterns shaping the next decade of software.Qualifications 3+ years of product design experiencein SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or AI-first platforms. Aportfolio of shipped digital productsthat highlightscreative problem-solving, global usability, and elegant design under complexity . Mastery indesign tools(Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and exposure toAI-driven tools(Replit, Bolt, Lovable). Strong foundation inUI/UX principles, design systems, and interaction design . Demonstrated ability toconduct research and usability testing , and iterate designs based on evidence. Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, generative AI and an ability to design for AI-driven workflows. Systems thinking– Ability to think beyond screens and flows; you can designagentic ecosystemswhere multiple AI agents, humans, and tools work together seamlessly.
