UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to help shape intuitive, beautiful, and user‑centric digital experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design interfaces that delight users, support product goals, and elevate MatchMusic’s platform across web and mobile.What You’ll DoLead user experience design from concept through execution — research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate insights into intuitive and accessible design solutions.Create design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns that scale across products.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate and refine designs.Advocate for user needs and accessibility best practices throughout the product lifecycle.Partner with Frontend Developers to ensure design fidelity from prototype to production.Who You AreA strong sense of visual design, interaction design, and user empathy.Deep experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Comfortable turning research insights into polished product designs.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.A passion for music, creators, and crafting experiences people love.Bonus: Experience collaborating with developers and understanding basic frontend constraints.Preferred Skills & Experience3+ years in UX/UI or Product Design roles.Portfolio demonstrating user‑focused design thinking and interface craftsmanship.Familiarity with design systems, responsive patterns, and mobile‑first principles.Experience with user research or usability testing methods.
