Job Title:Core Talent Acquisition (TA) – HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human Resources – Talent AcquisitionLocation: Vapi, GujaratReports To: Senior Manager – Human ResourcesJob Purpose:To manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for technical and corporate roles, ensuring timely, quality hiring aligned with organizational growth objectives. The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines, delivering a positive candidate experience, and supporting business stakeholders through effective recruitment practices.Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment partners, and networking channels. • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining follow-ups.2. Stakeholder & Candidate Management• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and role expectations. • Act as a single point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. • Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience. • Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders and address recruitment-related concerns.3. Recruitment Reporting & Process Management• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports. • Monitor hiring metrics such as turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and standard operating procedures. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.4. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development• Support employer branding initiatives, referral programs, and campus hiring activities. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Represent the organization positively in the external talent market.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with HR operations, business leaders, and recruitment partners to ensure seamless hiring outcomes. • Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations teams for smooth candidate joining and documentation. • Support HR projects related to workforce planning and talent strategy as required.Qualifications and Experience:• MBA in Human Resources (HR). • Minimum 2 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. • Hands-on experience in technical and corporate hiring is preferred. • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization will be an advantage.Skills and Competencies:• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and referral networks. • Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools. • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with attention to detail.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Time-to-fill and quality of hire • Offer acceptance and joining ratio • Stakeholder satisfaction • Candidate experience feedback • Accuracy and timeliness of recruitment MIS and reports
