RF Drive Test Coordinator

Must-HaveExperience coordinating drive test (DT) teams and assigning routes based on tester location and project priorities Strong communication skills to coordinate continuously with DT teams and local RF engineering teams Hands-on experience with TEMS Cloud, TEMS Paragon, and Actix for drive test execution, analysis, and reporting Working knowledge of XCAL / XCAP, Google Earth, and TAB file creation for route planning Solid understanding of telecom networks with prior experience in drive testing or DT coordination Ability to track tester performance including miles driven, ATP site pass/fail status, and throughput testing; provide guidance to improve results Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to manage logistics such as hotel bookings, vehicle readiness, and drive test tool availability, with timely escalation of issues Ready to work for extended hours and weekends typical 6 days of a week. Ability to work in fast paced environment Nice-to-HaveExperience with MapInfo or other mapping tools Prior experience working closely with RF optimization teams Exposure to large-scale, multi-market drive testing programs Experience supporting large cluster drive activities
