Operations Manager(P&C Claims)

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager to manage end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure. The role involves leading large teams, managing key clients and stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality claims delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end P&C claims lifecycle from FNOL to settlement and closureHandle complex and high-value claims, ensuring accurate assessment and resolutionLead and manage large teams, including managers and claims professionalsEnsure SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiencyManage client relationships and act as escalation point for critical issuesCoordinate with underwriting, finance, legal, and external vendorsEnsure compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirementsMonitor key KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, and claims leakageDrive process improvements and support automation/transformation initiativesRequired Skills:15+ years of experience in P&C / General Insurance claimsStrong experience in end-to-end claims processingProven team leadership and people management skillsStrong client and stakeholder management experienceGood understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims adjudicationAnalytical and decision-making skills
